Pro Allium supplies professionals with SOC-certified seed garlic, from 5 kg bags to full truckloads. Here is how your order works, from the quote request to delivery to your farm.

    Choose your varieties, size grades and quantities, then click “Add to quote”.

  • 2. Receive your quote

    One of our sales representatives sends you a detailed quote, including transport, within 24 hours.

  • 3. Accept and pay

    You accept the quote and pay a 25 % deposit. The balance is paid before shipment, online (Stripe or PayPal), by bank transfer or by cheque.

  • 4. Receive your seed garlic

    Your seed garlic is shipped in bags or on pallets, in time for planting.

Delivery: your questions

Where do you deliver?

We deliver seed garlic anywhere in Europe, in bags, half-pallets or full pallets. For any other destination, contact us before requesting your quote.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the quantity, the packaging and the delivery country. They are calculated and shown in your quote: you know the total cost before committing.

What are the delivery times?

There is no fixed lead time: deliveries follow the planting period. In general, an order placed in one week is shipped the following Monday and delivered within the week (for example, order in week 44, shipment on the Monday of week 45). State your preferred date in your quote request.

How can I track my delivery?

You will receive an email from the carrier with a tracking number to follow your delivery. We work with well-known carriers: Kuehne+Nagel, DPD and Chronopost in France, Kuehne+Nagel and DPD for the rest of Europe.

What should I check on delivery?

Check the number of bags or pallets and the condition of the packaging in the presence of the carrier. If a parcel is damaged or missing, write precise reservations on the delivery note, then report it to us within 48 hours with photos, at contact@pro-allium.com.

Quotes and payment: your questions

Is the quote free?

Yes, requesting a quote is free and without obligation.

How soon will I receive my quote?

You will receive your quote within 24 hours from one of our sales representatives.

How long is my quote valid?

Your quote is valid for 30 working days.

How do I pay for my order?

A 25 % deposit is required when you accept the quote. The balance of the invoice is paid before shipment. You can pay online (Stripe or PayPal), by bank transfer or by cheque.

Are your prices excl. VAT?

Yes, all our prices are shown excl. VAT and per kilo. They decrease with volume: the larger the quantity ordered, the lower the price per kilo.

Is there a minimum order?

The smallest pack is the 5 kg bag for certified organic seed garlic, and the 20 kg bag for untreated.
