Thermidrôme is an early white autumn garlic, valued for its mild, sweet flavour and long storage. Pro Allium offers it as certified organic (AB) seed, size grade 50/60, in 5 kg and 20 kg bags, and untreated, size grades 50/60 and 60+, in 20 kg bags.

Planting and harvest

Thermidrôme is planted from September to November, in light, well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Easy to grow, it tolerates harsh conditions well, especially cold. Harvest runs from late May to July.

Intended for semi-dry and dry sales, Thermidrôme stands out for its long storage, which leaves room to spread sales after harvest. Good productivity and a mild flavour complete these commercial strengths.
